3. Booking and Payments
- All cooking workshops require advance booking through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or low enrollment. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an alternative date.
4. Participation and Conduct
- Participants must follow all instructions given by our instructors and staff.
- True North Harvest is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents that may occur during a workshop. Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property due to negligent behavior may result in financial liability.
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant without a refund if their conduct disrupts the experience for others.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including text, images, recipes, and branding, is the intellectual property of True North Harvest and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
- Photos or videos taken during workshops may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.

- True North Harvest provides cooking workshops for educational and entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in our events.
- Participants assume full responsibility for their own health and safety while attending workshops.
